- Intermodal road–rail Transport: Back in 2014, Stante Logistics became the first company in Italy to introduce intermodal road–rail transport, directly connecting Southern Italy with Eastern Europe. By combining road and rail, we significantly reduce CO₂ emissions while improving operational efficiency. Over ten years of intermodal transport, we have saved more than 230,000 tonnes of CO₂.
- Electric and Hydrogen vehicles: We are actively investing in low-emission vehicles for road transport, exploring both electric and hydrogen-powered solutions.
- Alternative fuels: our teams continuously assess the use of biofuels and other alternative energy sources to further minimise the environmental impact of our routes.
- Route optimisation: Through advanced fleet management software and smart navigation systems, we optimise route planning, cutting both fuel consumption and delivery times.
Beyond infrastructure, Stante Logistics continues to implement broader sustainability practices:
